Return Policy

 All sales are final, and all orders are non-refundable.  If an Aloha Box has been returned to us, for any reason, ie. due to an incorrect address, we will notify you via email, and phone if one is listed on file.  Please respond within 5 days to avoid the order being canceled and restocked without a refund.  The reshipment fee is $14.99 for the 1^st Aloha Box and $10.99 for each additional.

What do I do if one or more of my products is damaged?

We take care and pride in packaging your beautiful gifts and do our best to ensure each item is shipped in the safest way possible.  In the event, an item is received in damaged condition or the incorrect item was shipped to you, we are here to make it right.  Please contact us within 5 days at support@alohaboxedhawaii.com and included a picture of the damaged item.  We will happily review your claim for a replacement at no charge.
